When will my order be shipped?
Delivery time depends on the product type. Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to transport.

Are the parts easy to assemble?
With some assembly experience, all our products are easy to assemble.
Lifespan & maintenance
Do I need to treat your wood?
Our overlapping planks are fully impregnated and can last for at least 10 years. As with most types of wood, it will turn a bit grayer over time.
How can I prevent graying?
You can always repaint the wood. Or order a new set of overlapping planks via the website for a fresh look and feel.
Do you make custom products?
Yes. The exterior finish will be delivered to you as a complete set.
Can we take care of the installation?
Yes. We have an assembly team that can assemble the parts for you. We will discuss the possibilities and planning with you in advance.
